To write a new email:
- Open a new email in Gmail (click "Compose")
- Open the extension and select your dictation language
- Start recording and speak your message
- Stop recording to generate the finished email
- Review the message, then insert it into Gmail
You can insert the generated email or your original words. The free plan includes 60 minutes of dictation a month, with no card required.
2. Set Your Email Signature Once, Forget It Forever
How many times have you typed out a perfect email, only to realize you forgot to paste your signature? In the extension settings, you can save your email signature once. Read the outgoing reply in your own language below the draft. A short check can flag an unanswered question, a promised attachment, or a name that does not match.
